Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting service operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Interaction: Supporting inquiries, service requests, and concerns in a timely manner.- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and client interactions in the system.- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all service activities comply with company policies, regulations, and agreements. Qualifications & Skills:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, customer service, or a related field is a plus.Experience: Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or service coordination preferred.Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and service management software- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Golf Carts & Utility Vehicles- Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software- Knowledge of basic service operations Benefits: - Competitive salary- Health, dental, and vision insurance- Opportunities for professional growth and development Join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients!
