Stanmore Equipment is looking for a motivated very customer oriented Receptionist. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for customers over the phone and visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support.) PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS & OBJECTIVES: - Manage incoming phone calls as required- Greet all guests and staff upon entry to building- Responsible for all guests sign-in and COVID protocols- Assist with managing front office deliveries when needed- Assist with front office administrative tasks- Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by management KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Ability to multitask - Highly organized- Excellent verbal and written skills- Strong interpersonal skills- Highly service driven- Exceptional attention to detail- Works well in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in MS Office Suite- Fluent in English Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Paid time off RRSP match Vision care Schedule: 8 hour shift Send your resume to richard@stanmoreequipment.com
